This spacious tri-level townhome is located near North Village Lake. It is close to the golf course, restaurants and more. This property has very attractive landscaping, a 2-car garage and a deck with a great view of the lake and mountains in the distance. The home features a tongue-and-groove wood cathedral ceiling with a loft overlooking the living/dining area. The lovely oak dining table seats 6. It has a large master bedroom on the main level with a queen-size bed, closet and master bath. There are two more bedrooms on the second level, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. There is a very nice, well-equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. For the outdoor cooking enthusiast, a Weber BBQ Grill is also available for use. The house has a TV in the living room with cable, a DVD player, and wireless internet. You also have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center for a small fee. This facility provides a weight and exercise machine room, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, racquetball and basketball courts. Ask us for details. It has a vaulted ceiling and the upper balcony sitting area overlooks the lake and has incredible mountain views! We enjoyed having the kitchen open to the dining/living area which has nice large windows. Pagosa is always so comfortable in September. We'll be back! "Jessica" said: Property Comment: Great for families We visit Pagosa Springs every year (sometimes twice/yr) & always stay in the Pagosa Lakes area. We enjoyed gazing at the mountain views, sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds visit the feeder, and walking to nearby Village Lake and restaurants. Our very tall teenage sons appreciated that they had their own rooms and own beds, and we loved that our little dog was welcome as well. I also want to commend the owner for having a tea kettle and tea steeper. Tea drinkers are often forgotten in this coffee-dominated world. |
