This conveniently located condo is in the Pagosa West core area, close to shopping, restaurants, grocery store and golf course! It's about 1700 sq. ft. and has a large deck with panoramic views of the mountains. Unit features a well appointed kitchen, wireless internet, a TV in the living room and the bedroom with the twins. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom on the main level, and upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed and a single twin. A gas barbeque is located on the back deck for grilling your favorite foods! This is a non smoking unit. Use of the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center is available if you purchase a punch card. This facility provides a weight and exercise machine room, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, racquetball and basketball courts. Ask us for details! I brought my dog and it was so hice that the walkways were well lit and not scarey. There was a lot of grass and shade also. We are making this a yearly trip, can't wait until next Fall! |
